This lager may not meet the style guidelines for a traditional bock, but it sure is a tasty brew. The malty, mildly roasty, flavor is smoothly balanced by the subdued noble hop bitterness. This unique beer is traditionally fermented with a famous German bottom fermenting lager yeast in cold (then colder) conditions. This beer is typically served in bottles at the home pub, and is naturally carbonated using the traditional krausening technique.
