Oh how we adore thee, simcoe hops.  This is a very pale and light ale (only a calculated 7.7 SRM) with a strong presence of citrus scents.  This is honestly one of our most sought after beers.  Brewed with a healthy hop schedule, and a similarly healthy dry hopping, this beer comes across with a fresh and pleasant hop flavor.  At the home pub, you will find this beer on tap and bottled (as many friends always request a to-go pack).
