This project was a quick and easy way to pull chilled wort samples for both hydrometer readings and krausening.

There is not too much to say outside of the picture. THere is a tee fitting on the wort out port on the shirron. On the tee is a ball valve and a nipple where, as needed, samples can be pulled.
